We are not looking for people to fill roles. We are looking for people who are genuinely exceptional at what they do - engineers and technologists who are intellectually restless, technically rigorous, and motivated by the quality of the work itself.

We keep the team small deliberately. That means when we hire, the bar is high and the conversation is serious. We would rather wait for the right person than move fast and compromise.

How we work

No legacy.
No noise.

We are AI-native by design and in practice. That means we do not bolt AI onto existing processes - we start from what AI makes possible and build from there. Every architecture decision, every system we design, every product we ship reflects that.

No legacy. No technical debt inherited from decisions made a decade ago by people who have long since left. We started with a blank page and we intend to keep it that way.

We work in small, senior teams with real autonomy. There are no layers of approval between an idea and its execution. No endless meetings. No performative processes. No reporting for the sake of reporting. If you see a better way to do something, you say so and we listen. The best technical argument wins.

We move fast but we build carefully. We are not a feature factory. We care deeply about the foundations - the data architecture, the infrastructure, the systems that everything else depends on - because we are building for the long term.

We use the best tools available. We have no institutional attachment to legacy approaches. If something better exists, we use it.
